Yes. You can request a plan change at any time from your subscription dashboard. Plan changes take effect at your next billing cycle. Downgrades are processed gracefully — you keep your current plan until the end of the period.
Build credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. However, admin-granted bonus credits do persist beyond the billing cycle until used.
