1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI4Website.com ("the Service"), operated by AI4Web Private Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AI4Website.com provides a SaaS platform that generates static HTML websites for local businesses using artificial intelligence. The Service includes website generation, hosting options, subscription management, and related features as described on our website.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
  • Build credits are allocated per billing cycle and reset monthly. Unused credits do not roll over.
  • Payments are processed via Stripe or PayPal. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges.
  • Failed payments may result in subscription suspension after a grace period.
  • Refunds are handled at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate websites containing illegal, harmful, or deceptive content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform's AI infrastructure
  • Resell or redistribute access to the platform without our written approval (white label arrangements excluded)

5. AI-Generated Content

Websites generated by the Service use Azure OpenAI. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before publishing. AI4Web Private Limited does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated content. You own the websites generated for you, subject to these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the websites and content generated through your use of the Service. AI4Web Private Limited retains all rights to the platform, codebase, and infrastructure. You grant us a limited licence to process your inputs for the purpose of generating your website.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI4Web Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. You may cancel via your subscription dashboard. We may terminate or suspend access for violations of these terms. On termination, your build credits are forfeited and no refund is issued for the current billing period.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
